Ingredients
- Ribs
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- Salt pepper
- Green onion
- BBQ sauce
- Onion
- 3 T garlic
Directions
- Chop onion and put in bottom of the crock pot
- Place ribs on top of onion
- Add salt, pepper, brown sugar, and apple juice. Mix.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours
- Remove ribs and onion. Throw away juice.
- Add 1 cup of BBQ sauce.
- Return ribs and onion to pot.
- Add 1/2 cup BBQ sauce on top.
- Cook on high for 30 minutes.
- Remove to plate cover in chopped green onion.
