Ingredients
- 8–10 lb fully cooked bone-in ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (optional)
- Whole cloves (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Place ham cut-side down in a roasting pan.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in brown sugar, honey, and Dijon mustard if using.
- Pour glaze evenly over the ham. Add cloves if desired.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for about 2 hours, basting occasionally.
- Remove foil during the last 20 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize.
- Remove from oven, let rest 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
