Chicken Shish Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1-2 sectioned peppers
  • 1 sectioned onion
  • Mushrooms washed and cut tails off so flat on bottom (I use more mushrooms because I like them grilled.)
  • 4-5 chicken beast cut about 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Maybe a little minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup Ken’s robust Italian
  • 1/2 cup Country French dressing

  • about equal parts of both like around 1/2 cup of each Mix well cover and let sit in frig at least 4 hours.. Put on skewers and grill about 24 minutes turning twice at 8 and 16 minute mark…. Med heat on grill 360-400 degrees Notes: I use more mushrooms because I like them grilled. Sectioned means big enough to get skewered but not too big. Just use your judgement

Directions

  1. In a large bowl add peppers, onion, mushrooms, and chicken.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix in Italian and French dressing. Let sit in fridge at least 4 hours.
  4. Put on skewers and grill about 24 minutes turning twice at 8 and 16 minute mark, medium heat on grill 360-400 degrees.
