Banana Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 1-1/4 C. crushed graham crackers (8 whole or buy precrushed box)
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 1/3 C. butter
- 2 ripe bananas
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 C. milk
- 1 small instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
- whipped cream + extra banana (opt decor)
Directions
- Preheat oven 375o, Mix graham cracker crust ingredients, press firmly into 9” pie plate, bake 8-10 minutes until lightly browned, cool completely.
- Slice 2 bananas onto pie crust.
- Beat 1/2 C. milk and cream cheese, add pudding mix and remaining milk, beat until smoot. Spread on top of bananas, decorate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
