Banana Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 C. crushed graham crackers (8 whole or buy precrushed box)
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 1/3 C. butter
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 C. milk
  • 1 small instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
  • whipped cream + extra banana (opt decor)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 375o, Mix graham cracker crust ingredients, press firmly into 9” pie plate, bake 8-10 minutes until lightly browned, cool completely.
  2. Slice 2 bananas onto pie crust.
  3. Beat 1/2 C. milk and cream cheese, add pudding mix and remaining milk, beat until smoot. Spread on top of bananas, decorate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
