It's a new challenge, but who says a guy from Pittsburgh can’t whip up something that’s both delicious and good for the ticker?

When I'm not in the kitchen, you can find me kickin' back, reading, or strumming the guitar. There's only so much you can take of the jagoffs in life, right?
